	SCENE 1	At Hooper's Store, Timi, David, Maria and Linda have lunch. Timi asks for the salt, pepper and sugar, which are on Linda's side of the counter. Those in-between the two learn the signs for each so Linda can pass them down. When Linda is served her lunch, she starts the process all over again, so everyone hands her the items at once, plus some ketchup. Observing all the signing, Mr. Hooper notes, "You learn a lot in the candy store business!"

	Insert	While strolling through Central Park, Gordon accidentally lets his sandwich wrapper fall to the ground instead of the litter basket. Oscar emerges from within and explains the importance of not littering, especially because of a deal he made with the local Parks Department - any trash in the can belongs to him. Gordon, Maria and the kids collect more litter for Oscar, who feels as though he's in Heaven.
	Cartoon	"The J Commercial:" Two boys scrutinize a J, saying it looks like a fish-hook. A resonant voice (Gary Owens) informs them that it's the letter J. This leads to a jazzy story about Joe.
