Luis suggests Big Bird keep others away while they set up the event. Big Bird calls out loudly for people to steer clear, but because he can't speak the language, he winds up attracting a crowd instead.

This awakens Bert, who wonders out loud where the noise is coming from, in the process arousing Ernie, who gets mad at being woken up.

CLOSING SIGNS Oscar announces the CTW slogan through the loudspeakers as well. ("Get me outta here!")
