Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 As a steel drum band plays, the citizens of Sesame Street set up various booths, hang decorations and balloons, and prepare all kinds of foods. Oscar wants to know what all the commotion is outside; it turns out that today they're having a street fair and is told by Olivia and Buffy that there's nothing he can do to stop the festivities. Oscar finds that they're right, though he starts to hope for some rain.
Muppets Ernie and Bert: Ernie's Telephone CallBert wonders who could be on the other end of Ernie's involved phone call.

Maria inquires about the basket of popcorn she has nearby, and Buffy explains that popcorn was first introduced by Indians, which she shares with everybody.
