Episode 1396 is the second of two episodes in which C-3PO and R2-D2 from Star Wars visit Sesame Street. The droids first appeared in Episode 1364.

	SCENE 1	Big Bird tells Susan that he's awaiting the arrival of his friends C-3PO and R2-D2, but isn't sure where the bus stop that their bus will arrive at is. Susan shows him the bus stop sign nearby, and soon the next bus pulls up. Big Bird boards the bus and welcomes the two back to Sesame Street. He begins to rattle off all kinds of activities they can do together, but gets so distracted in his excitement he prevents his friends from getting off the bus. The three are soon headed down the block, which Big Bird suggests is another thing they can do while they're in town...

	SCENE 3	Big Bird introduces Linda to the droids, but remembers that Linda is deaf and cannot hear them. C-3PO explains that this isn't a problem, as R2-D2 understands sign language. Linda is also able to interpret the vibrations from R2's body, and soon R2-D2 and Linda start up a lively conversation as Big Bird and C-3PO leave them for a little privacy.

When R2 introduces his friend to "her," C-3PO breaks the news to him that it's not a fellow droid he's attracted to, but a fire hydrant.
