David doesn't think it'll work given his previous encounter with Deena, but Oscar proceeds anyway. Oscar demonstrates subtraction as Deena and the kids subtract themselves from sight, just as Oscar intended. However, Deena returns, wishing to play the game again. Deena (and David) playfully prod the Grouch into playing some more as Gordon announces the sponsors.
