	SCENE 1	Big Bird watches over the Fix-It Shop while Luis is out. Bob and Olivia want to surprise him by building something while he's gone. They settle on making the new counter. Big Bird promises to stay out of the way and keeps his beak shut (physically) so he won't spoil the surprise.
