Oscar doesn't intend to hang it up, but instead plans to use it as a bathmat in his mudroom.

He put the milk in the soda bottle, the soda into the fishbowl, and the fish in Bert's cowboy hat. Bert asks, "Now what am I going to wear when I want to play cowboy?" The full message tells her that the chair she painted is outside, which she claims to have already known. Suddenly, a downpour begins and she rushes out to get it. Big Bird feels proud that he got the message across.

The rain begins to pour once more and the grownups share the snack under the table while Big Bird rushes back home and announces the sponsors.
