There's a lot going on in the Furchester Hotel and Funella asks Furgus to attend to the various needs of the guests. She notices there's too much for one monster to do, but Phoebe, Elmo and Cookie Monster are preoccupied and can't assist him. Funella instead calls for some help and Bobby, a rabbit, is sent to the hotel. He helps Furgus bring in some luggage and soon, starts performing the functions of the others.
The monsters come clean with him and tell him they miss their old jobs. Bobby understands, but still wishes to be in the hotel. They gladly welcome him as a guest instead. Furgus immediately goes back to doing several tasks at once.
