Telly rejects their idea of pretending to be a nurse and patient at a Grouch hospital (where they yell instead of speak softly) and thinks it's better if they pretend to be farmers, which is a quiet business. However, the Grouches wake up Buffy as they pretend to be the farm animals.

One of the Grouches from the lodge (Richard Hunt) comes by to make sure it's true. Buffy tries to tell him she's not nice by acting like a Grouch, which almost convinces the D.O.G. representative. Unfortunately the neighbors come by and act very friendly towards Buffy, handing her and Cody some balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, and offering to sing "You Are My Sunshine" to her. The D.O.G. member stomps off in disgust.
