Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 At Hooper's Store, David says hello to several kids who walk by, but they don't respond. They're all wearing shirts with the letter U on them, and they're headed for Oscar's trash can. Frustrated at being ignored, David walks over to Oscar looking to find out what's going on. Oscar explains that he's rallied the kids to wait for Bruno to take them to Camp Uglyyucchy. When asked, Oscar says that Buffy is sleeping in the Grime Room in his can, but David expresses concern that she may not want to go to the grouch camp. Bruno leads Oscar the the kids off, singing "We're off to Uglyyucchy" in a parody of "We're Off to See the Wizard".

SCENE 2 Now at Camp Uglyyucchy in Bruno's junkyard, Buffy is awake, peering out of Oscar's trash can, while beside her, Oscar leads the kids in a Camp Uglyyucchy cheer. Buffy states that this isn't her idea of fun, so Oscar tells her she can go on a junk walk — a grouch version of a nature walk — with the kids. Oscar explains that they'll use all the junk to form a marching band, which Buffy finds annoyingly noisy, (to camera) "Can someone tell me how to get to Sesame Street?"
Cartoon A small man tries to use a seesaw, but can't get his associate (a very large man) to go up.

SCENE 3 Buffy decides to say at camp to watch over Cody and the kids, making sure they're safe. Slimey leads the kids in an excercise routine, making him hungry from the workout. Oscar offers up seven peanuts for the campers, to which Buffy responds, "one peanut?! That's it?" Oscar explains that one peanut is a big meal for a little worm. Buffy does a take to the camera and consumes her one peanut.

SCENE 4 Buffy returns from collecting cans while Oscar has begun counting down while all the kids hide. Buffy assumes they're playing hide & seek, but Oscar explains it's a game of hide & shriek. Buffy lets him finish counting down, at which point all the kids come running out of hiding and shriek at Oscar. "That's hide & shriek."
Ernie Sing Lallaby
Muppets Ernie & BertErnie and Bert go off to sleep but Ernie starts to sing himself a lullaby. Bert then asks Ernie if he would mind singing quieter. So he does and then finds that he can even sing it the quietest. Bert then wonders what's going on and can't seem to go to sleep. Ernie then asks Bert if he's singing it to the extent that he can't hear him then why is he not asleep yet?

SCENE 5 As it begins to rain, Buffy demands that they all go back home to Sesame Street, but Oscar insists on giving out an award first. Using the cans collected in the previous segment, Oscar has crafted a trophy which he awards to the camper who has grouched and complained the most since they got to Camp Uglyyuchy: "Camper Twinkletoes, otherwise known as Scruffy St. Marie." The kids pile in Oscar's can, but Oscar says Bruno can't carry them all with her inside, too... unless she wants to ride in the can and let the kids walk in the rain.
