SCENE 1 On a sunny morning in Puerto Rico, Maria comes out onto the porch. She spots David across the way from his residence in the country and invites him and the others over for breakfast with the family.
Cartoon A boy thinks it's raining outside, so he puts on his rain gear and goes outside, only to find sunny weather. It turns out the lawn sprinkler was near his window.
Film A toymaker makes an airplane out of wood.

SCENE 3 Bob and Linda are ready to bike to the beach, only they don't know where it is. Bob is able to speak enough Spanish to ask some local, biking children which way it is. A kid gives them complicated directions in Spanish. When they see the tourists don't understand, they gesture them to follow on their bikes.
Film A little girl needs HELP getting on a horse.

SCENE 5 Maria and Olivia accompany her Aunt Marguarita to market, where she has a few errands to run. Maria proposes that they split up and each take up a task to get everything done quicker. Olivia stops at Petra's fruit stand and is able to recite the grocery list in Spanish, though Petra reveals that they can speak English as well.
Cartoon A young man carrying a brown paper bag walks up to the bridgekeeper and asks him if he works there. He orders him to show him whatever circles are in the bag, and to eat them. He is ordered to eat three round foods: a cookie, a pepperoni pizza, and a slice of watermelon. Once he is granted permission to cross the bridge, however, he tells the bridgekeeper that he was merely trying to deliver the latter's groceries.

SCENE 7 Big Bird hears a peculiar chirp-like sound coming from all over the place. He tries finding the source, believing it's coming from a fellow feathered friend. He grabs some birdseed to lure the creature out, having no luck. He eventually finds himself back Marguarita's yard, where Maria explains the sound is coming from a coquΓ­, a type of frog native to Puerto Rico. The kids catch one and show Big Bird, who remarks, "Wait'll I tell Kermit the Frog about this!"
