Luis suggests Big Bird keep others away while they set up the event. Big Bird calls out loudly for people to steer clear, but because he can't speak the language, he winds up attracting a crowd instead.

	SCENE 6	The festival is winding down, as the band plays and the people dance. Maria is sad that her trip back home is practically over, then pulls David onto the dance floor to show him how a plena is done. The rest of the gang follows, while the Grouches plug their ears in disgust.
