SCENE 1 Oscar has been sent Osvaldo's pet dog, Peligro, to give him some disobedience training. Maria isn't impressed by Peligro's lack of action, when Oscar reveals the newest trick - counting wrongly. Oscar asks Peligro to count to 3 and Peligro barks incessantly. He's trained so well, Oscar can get him to stop.

Muppets Bob asks a blank-faced Large Lavender Live Hand Anything Muppet how he feels. The Muppet answers, "I don't feel anything." Bob sticks a nose and angry eyes on the Muppet, who then starts to feel mad. He walks off in a huff, and we hear a crash off-screen. The Muppet comes back and ad-libs, "It's okay, Bob, I just dropped my watch!"

SCENE 2 Peligro continues to bark away, but Oscar has a solution - he turns on his record player even louder to drown out the noise. Peligro now stops, but Oscar enjoys the loud music.
Muppets Pageant: Ernie plays the role of Bart, a farm boy who plants a flower. Herry Monster plays the sun, and a nervous Cookie Monster plays a cloud. Bert reluctantly plays the flower. When it is said that Bert made the leaves for his costume out of lettuce leaves, Cookie and Herry proceed to eat the leaves and rip the costume apart.

SCENE 5 Gordon situates Big Bird in the basement of 123 Sesame Street so he can do some drawing in peace. Soon after, the lights go out. Big Bird tries his best to be brave, knowing the room is the same as it was in the light, but he can't help but be rattled by various sounds. Gordon nearly frightens him by coming down the creaky stairs, reporting that the lights in the whole building went out.
