Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Olivia makes her way to the roof of 123 Sesame Street, which is full of various plants. She hears Big Bird talking to somebody nearby, but can't see who; based on the clues she assumes it's Mr. Snuffleupagus. She goes to see for herself and Big Bird reveals he's actually talking to a palm tree to help it grow.
Cartoon Before dinnertime, a boy discovers a worm under a rock and some baby birds in their nest.

Countess Dahling von Dahling arrives with Masha in tow and they ask her to count so the plants can get rain. She begins to count, but Masha sniffs at the plants and begins to sneeze before she can finish. The Countess thinks her poor dog is coming down with something and thinks having rain will make her condition even worse, so she leaves without providing any rain.
