Muppets Oscar reads Irvine the Grimey Brothers' version of "Cinderella." Grundgetta portrays the titular character, who doesn't mind doing chores like sweeping the fireplace and taking out the trash. Her non-Grouch stepsisters head off to the ball in their nice, clean outfits, hoping to be picked by Prince Charming to be wed. Cinderella muses about going too, when her Fairy Grouchmother appears in a silver trash can and gives her a spiffy new outfit, which will turn back into rags at the stroke of midnight. At the ball, Prince Charming (Oscar) is put-off by the nice, clean girls in attendance, but falls in love with Cinderella once her clothes magically turn back into rags. The two life happily ever after, sweeping the many fireplaces of the palace.
