Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Hooper's Store is filled with noisy commotion from its patrons, including Big Bird having a conversation with Susan and Olivia and one child blaring their radio. An annoyed Mr. Hooper asks everyone to keep things quiet instead, but comes to find his normal business of serving food can be just as loud, so he permits everyone to go back to the volume they were at before.

Oscar concludes that it's a bottle of fake flower smell, which gives the plant the aroma of rotten sardines, meaning Grundgetta does care after all.

SCENE 3 Oscar calls out for customers to Slimey's new hot dog stand, only one cent per dog. Telly is skeptical of the business, until Oscar tells him that Willy provided the meat and taught Slimey how to properly prepare hot dogs. Telly orders one with the works and the result is so tiny, he needs a magnifying glass to see it. Although the hot dog was worm-sized, it leaves Telly full enough to pass on Susan's chocolate cake.
