SCENE 1 | Oscar observes that it's another sunny day, which he hates. Bob and Telly Monster wait by Oscar's trash can to present Linda with an African violet plant in honor of her first day working at the Library. Oscar sees this as an opportunity to ruin their day, but Bob points out that since Linda is deaf, she can't hear any nasty thing he says, and refuses to sign anything he wants to tell her. Oscar says that he doesn't have to do a thing, informing them that Linda had already left earlier today. Undeterred, Bob and Telly decide to pay Linda a visit at the library. |
