He tells Olivia about this as she passes by, and she absently replies โ€œThatโ€™s good!โ€ He also tells Gordon when he jogs by, and Gordon responds โ€œTerrific!โ€ Big Bird observes that they didnโ€™t listen to him, and doesnโ€™t think Linda will listen to him because sheโ€™s deaf, but she understands him because he gestures towards his foot. She rubs his toe, and Gordon and Olivia soon come to his aid afterward.

Telly keeps worrying he's not doing a good job, and that Kermit won't want one. But Kermit reassures him that since he does have a head, he will have a use for a head warmer, unlike the things Grover sells (toothbrushes, earmuffs, and nose warmers). When Kermit puts the head warmer on, it covers his entire head. Telly remarks, "Kermit! It's -- it's you!"

Later Cookie Monster comes disguised as Doctor Monster and gives Ernie a medical checkup. After the checkup, Ernie asks what he owes Doctor Monster. By sheer coincidence, his bill is one apple.

Gordon is baffled at first, but Big Bird and Olivia wink at each other.
