Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Telly Monster spots a kite stuck in a tree and tries blowing it down. When it doesn't work, Luis comes by and tries to jump to it, but he's not tall enough. He encourages Telly to think of a way to make himself taller to reach that high, and thinks of a ladder. Luis fetches one from the Fix-It Shop and climbs it himself because Telly's afraid of heights. Once he's retreived it, Oscar emerges from his trash can and reveals that he spent all morning trying to get it stuck up there. Telly calls for Luis to help getting the kite back in the tree.
