SCENE 1 | It's early morning on Sesame Street and most of its residents are still asleep when Olivia investigates a large object covered in a tarp. Dr. Nobel Price comes running into frame declaring it as his new invention: a Balloon-a-Tune. Olivia helps remove the tarp to reveal a bagpipe player who plays a sample tune. Olivia breaks it to the doctor that the device isn't new, it was invented a thousand years ago, and they're played all the time in Scotland. Gordon and Susan come to the window in their bathrobes, awakened and complaining about the sounds of the bagpipes. Dr. Price is happy that although he didn't come up with a new instrument, he invented a way of waking up everyone in the neighborhood at the same time. | |
