Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 It's early morning on Sesame Street and most of its residents are still asleep when Olivia investigates a large object covered in a tarp. Dr. Nobel Price comes running into frame declaring it as his new invention: a Balloon-a-Tune. He removes the tarp to reveal a bagpipe player which Olivia says isn't new, it was invented a thousand years ago and they're played al the time in Scotland. After the instrument is played, Gordon and Susan come to the window in their bathrobes, awakened by the sounds. Dr. Price is happy that although he didn't come up with a new instrument, he invented a way of waking up everyone in the neighborhood at the same time.
