Telly shows her a letter he received from his Granny Monster, inviting him on a trip to Mexico with her. However, in his excitement, he neglected to read the rest of the letter, which says she'll be arriving in her car at 3 o'clock to pick him up.

He tells a Honker that since Maria and Luis have the same sign in the Fix-It Shop window and they speak Spanish well, he'll be able to speak Spanish well too as long as he also has the sign. He tests this out by asking Paco to speak Spanish to him, but he doesn't understand a simple, Spanish question. He thinks the problem is that his sign is broken and the Honker suggests he bring it to the Fix-It Shop to be fixed. Telly asks how to say "thank you" in honk, but finds he can't speak it either.

Luis further states they don't have time to teach him to speak fluent Spanish, especially because Telly has only 10 minutes until Granny Monster arrives and they have a lot of work to do in the shop. They instead sit him at the shop's computer and run a Spanish vocabulary program. He learns several Spanish words that begin with the letter A and gives the computer his "Se Habla Español" sign, thinking it deserves it more.

She goes on to say this was merely an exercise to see if they both could meet up at a scheduled time without anything going wrong. Since the test was successful, Granny Monster intends to do it once a week until their trip actually takes place. Susan comments to the camera, "Well, now we know where Telly gets his worrying from." She then announces the sponsors. |
