Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 At the Fix-it Shop, Luis fiddles with a broken air tank he was planning to use to blow up some balloons for a party tonight. He asks Big Bird to watch the shop while he goes out and gets a new tank; while Luis is away, Snuffy comes by to fetch Big Bird for their play date in the park. Big Bird says he can’t go because of his promise to Luis, and Snuffy feels insulted that Big Bird is paying less attention to him than with Luis. Big Bird explains that with Luis' broken arm it's harder for him to do things, then realizes they can still be together by staying to watch the Fix-it Shop. Snuffy cheers up, and begins to assist in blowing up the balloons.
