SCENE 1 Oscar starts today's Grouchketeer meeting, with new member Snuffy, who sports a giant trashcan lid for a hat. Oscar imagines that a lid that big must come from a giant trashcan, with giant trash! Oscar makes Snuffy a part of their trash-and-tell section and sends him home to bring some giant trash.
Animation Three rocks use different methods to get across a lake.

Muppets The Twiddlebugs don't understand why they are getting all wet, while Mommy Twiddlebug isn't. They soon learn it's because she's inside the house. After they all huddle inside, Ernie finishes watering his plants.

Muppets Marshal Grover tries mounting Fred the Wonder Horse using a "run and jump" technique. But every time he gets close, Fred moves away from him, causing onlookers in the saloon to laugh at them. Fred finally explains that he doesn't appreciate the act, as it hurts his back. Grover promises never to run and jump onto his back again, and asks him to roll over so he may do so on his belly.

Cast Maria as Chaplin tries to throw away a newspaper into a rapidly moving litter can. When she finally does, the exit door also moves and she breaks down the wall.
