Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Forgetful Jones happens by Oscar's trash can and spots a sign on the can, but he doesn't know what it says. Oscar tells him it says "KEEP AWAY." He's continuously bothered by Forgetful, who keeps forgetting what the sign says. Oscar eventually removes the sign in frustration, when Forgetful knocks on his can, now asking if there was a sign there a moment ago.

SCENE 3 Forgetful finds another sign, this time reading "COLD," which he forgets the meaning of. Big Bird comes by and gives him clues as to what the word could mean, as Forgetful envisions the different clues. He pictures himself standing out in the snow with no coat and when prompted by Big Bird as to what he is in that situation, Forgetful claims he's "silly" to forget his coat.

SCENE 4 As Big Bird plays checkers against Radar, he's startled when Gordon and Susan swing by and invite him to the park. He doesn't appreciate that people can just barge in like that whenever they like. Gordon and Susan apologize and suggest he put a sign on the door telling people to alert their presence by knocking, thus making a "Please Knock" sign. The sign doesn't work on Forgetful Jones, who comes right in to ask what it means.
