Mopatop opens the episode by offering a cuddly seal, a coconut called Neil, or ride on a big wheel.
Phoebe the Fortune Teller enters the shop and asks Mopatop and Puppyduck for a new crystal ball. She tries out different colored crystal balls, but they don't work when she predicts that Connie the Candy Floss Seller was going to come through the shop's door. In the loft above the shop, Mother Mouse shows off her fortune teller skills with her blue crystal ball. When she sees in the crystal ball that Phoebe needs a blue and not new crystal ball, Mother Mouse gives up her crystal ball for Phoebe. The mouse family wrapped the crystal ball with string and lowered it down to the shop. When Mopatop finds the blue and not new crystal ball, Phoebe uses it and her prediction came true when Connie the Candy Floss Seller enters the shop. Phoebe thanked Mopatop and Puppyduck for their help and told them the big clock was going to ring before it happened. She leaves for the Fair with the blue and not new crystal ball.
