SCENE 1 | Big Bird, Luis, Olivia, and Shay are at Gordon and Susan's apartment for dinner, waiting for Gordon to come home with Telly Monster. As Susan prepares "Susan's Special Stew," the lights suddenly go out. Gordon phones from school, saying the lights are out there too. Susan turns on her radio, where a newscaster (Martin P. Robinson) reports the entire north side of the city is experiencing a blackout. Olivia and Luis go to get more lights, while Susan comforts Big Bird, who finds this a tad scary. |
