He spots an empty space next to the stoop of 123 Sesame Street and decides that this would be the perfect spot for his home. He meets his first potential neighbor, Gordon, who receives some insults about his bald head and gets tricked by Oscar's "snake in a can" prank. Back in the present, Oscar takes a break before moving on with the story. | |
