Big Bird recites it one part at a time in the form of "The Alphabet Song," and with Maria's help they get through the whole song with success. The baby Honker then wants to do it again, and Maria and Big Bird start to sense the pattern that's forming...

	SCENE 2	At Hooper's Store, the baby Honker wants to honk the alphabet some more, but David declines and Big Bird follows him to help with some chores. The Honker then turns his attention to Barkley, and tries to get him to sing along. Big Bird and David are skeptical about this working since Barkley likely doesn't understand what the Honker is saying, but both are impressed when Barkley starts to howl along with the Honker's performance of the song.

	SCENE 3 cont'd	After Slimey appears in an MGM-esque bannered circle, the movie cuts to a POV shot of Slimey crawling across the counter, where objects look bigger than they are. The film follows Slimey's trek as he passes through a giant spoon, donut, and cup of coffee. The screen becomes dark when Slimey enters an apple, and Oscar claims that this part goes on for about half an hour. David turns off the projector, and Slimey emerges from the bowl of apples to take a bow.

The Honker leading the parade has planned for this, and gives the group their own toy horns and hats to blend in. Olivia feels slightly embarrassed, but joins the fun anyway. David catches Olivia acting silly, and compliments her hat.
