	SCENE 2	At the library, Uncle Wally reads a story to the kids from the book The Legends Of The Lost Explorers, with Elmo providing his own sound effects. In the story, a group of explorers get stranded in the desert until they discover a pay-phone and call for help. Elmo wants to read the next story, but remembers that he can't read very well and lets Uncle Wally do it instead.

Hoots knows that won't work, as the sound of sheep makes him want to scat sing. Linda suggests he look for a book to help, so she picks out a book for him: "The Story of the Ten Sleeping Owls." Bob gets partway through reading it before Hoots is finally asleep, but his mid-snore scatting disrupts the other patrons.
