Wrench Doozer writes about the time when he wanted to hang out with the popular crowd, but Turbo (the leader of the gang) encourages Wrench to try out "flooping."
Meanwhile, Doc applies for a job as manager of Ms. Ardath's new bed-and-breakfast.
Fraggle Facts[]
- Hiccups are a terrifying prospect for Doozers -- if a Doozer bounces up and down and gets the hiccups, he can start to shake and cause a Doozer construction to fall down. The terrifying prospect of hiccups to the Doozers was later explored in the Doozers animated series episode "Hiccup-A-Majig."
Notes[]
- The Fraggles (Gobo Fraggle, Wembley Fraggle, Red Fraggle, and Mokey Fraggle) only appear in one scene in this episode. Boober Fraggle is the only one, out of the main five, who is absent throughout, probably because his performer, Dave Goelz, plays Wrench as well.
- This is one of the few times where one of Uncle Traveling Matt's postcards is read by someone other than Gobo. Here, it was read by Wrench.
- A bus ad for The Captain's Inn can be seen during the postcard sequence, the bed and breakfast next to Doc's Workshop (which he is trying to get a job in during this episode).
