Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Barkley goes crazy over getting more food, even after Hoots the Owl has just fed him. Hoots tries to get some shut-eye, but Barkley's over-eagerness to eat keeps him up. Susan, Bob and Linda show up to feed him, waking Hoots up each time. After Linda satiates Barkley, Edith Prickley arrives (singing "Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin'" to herself), representing the "Give a Dog a Home Home." Since he lacks a dog collar and doesn't answer if he has a home, she lures him to the Home's headquarters with some food to help him find a home.
