SCENE 1 Big Bird and Elmo beg Maria to take them to "The Best Friend Game Show," a television program where contestants talk about their best friends. Maria promises to take them tomorrow, when Elmo asks if he can call Maria his best friend. Maria is very flattered, while just by Hooper's Store, Elmo asks the same of Bob.
