SCENE 1 | Bob plays a guessing game with Big Bird about what he has behind his back. Given the clues, Big Bird is able to correctly guess it's a toy firetruck, and he dances around humming the victorious Rocky theme. Uncle Wally comes by wanting to introduce two of his old friends. Big Bird tries to guess again from Wally's clues who they could be: one has big ears and likes carrots, and the other one has a curly tail and likes bananas. Bob finds these "friends" a bit far-fetched... until Wally introduces them to the 98-year-old Professor Dexter Rabbit and a six foot tall pink monkey named Garbo who communicates in sign language. He explains that he met them while traveling in the Orient as a juggling supplies dealer. | |
