Oscar theorizes that if it didn't go off, he'd get a good night's sleep, feel rested, and get to do various tranquil activities. He continues to say that it would leave him having done nothing rotten today, so he takes back the clock. | |

SCENE 3 | At the Fix-It Shop David brings over a malfunctioning toaster from Hooper's Store to Luis, pointing out that the handle is missing. On David's way out, Luis asks for a lemonade. Outside the shop Oscar tries to return from his junkyard trash haul, but can't carry everything at once. Luis notices one of the items is a broken toaster which happens to have a functioning handle, so Oscar permits him to take it apart. Back in the store, David thinks Oscar's busted toaster is his, and vice versa. Luis clears things up and everyone goes home happy. Before Mumford can magically make Luis know how to play it, Luis tells him the only way he'll feel proud and accomplished is by learning to play the song himself. He does ask for Mumford's magical help when one of his strings breaks. | |

- Many of the scenes are remakes form older episodes, or would later be remade for future shows. Scene 1 is originally from Episode 0707, scene 5 is a rewritten version of scene 3 in Episode 1062, Mumford and Luis' scene originated in Episode 1213, and scene 2 would later be remade for Episode 2984 (with Roxie Marie replacing Sully).
