Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Miss Blechman, a Grouch teacher, comes to Sesame Street and gives clues to Luis as to what she does for a living. She is visiting the Street to see Oscar, her best pupil. Oscar gives her the "It's rotten to see you!" test, popping in and out of his trash can. (Oscar sings a small bit of "Bein' Green" to himself, with new lyrics.)
Cartoon Luis (in voice-over) counts racehorses numbered 9 to 1 as they cross the finish line.
