SCENE 1 Snuffy introduces the viewer to his little sister Alice Snuffleupagus. He explains that today is the day he's going to introduce her to his best friend Big Bird, and begins describing him: he has two legs, feathers, and likes to sing to himself. Alice spots David, humming "What's the Name of That Song?" to himself and cleaning Hooper's Store with a feather duster. She darts over to him thinking he's Big Bird, tackling him in her enthusiasm. Snuffy apologizes and explains the mix-up before continuing to look for Big Bird.
