He explains that today is the day he's going to introduce her to his best friend Big Bird, and begins describing him: he has two legs, feathers, and likes to sing to himself. Alice spots David, humming to himself (with two legs) and cleaning Hooper's Store with a feather duster, and she darts over to him thinking he's Big Bird.
