Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Snuffy and Jessica play a game involving reading "OPEN" and "CLOSED" signs. Snuffy says Oscar will help them out in the game, but he wants no part. As the two read the words, Snuffy points to how Oscar's can is either open or closed. Oscar tries to spoil the game by going the opposite, but eventually exhausts himself by coming and going so rapidly. David comes by to collect his signs and a weary Oscar thanks him for his salvation.
