Big Bird thinks it looks fun, so everybody joins in.

SCENE 2 Gina is working on a school report when Snuffy and Alice arrive hopping like bunny rabbits. Gina asks them to pretend to be something else less disruptive, so they roar like lions instead. When that fails, she asks them to be something quiet like a chair, or a lamp post, or a tree. Snuffy likes the idea, but when the noise persists, Gina asks what kind of trees they are. Snuffy explains that they're hopping, roaring trees.

SCENE 3 Snuffy invites Big Bird to come with him and Alice to the park to pretend to be camels in the sandbox. Big Bird is watching Barkley for Linda, but they decide Big Bird can bring Barkley along for his walk. Barkley however doesn't want to leave Big Bird's nest. Big Bird and Snuffy try calling his name together, feeding Barkley, and pretending to go to the park, but nothing lures the dog out. It looks as though Big Bird and Barkley will have to stay behind, but Alice begins to bark and Barkley finally comes out!

"I guess she just speaks his language, huh Bird?" says Snuffy.

SCENE 4 On this edition of "The Traveling Chef," Julia Kid asks for David's assistance in demonstrating two apple recipes, but he just wants to make an apple pie. Julia assures David that they will make his recipe afterwards. First Julia demonstrates an apple, then a bowl of apples, and finally eating the recipe. Julia follows through with her word and says she's ready to make an apple pie, but an aggravated David says she ate all of his apples. And that's all the time they have for today!
