SCENE 1 It's a rainy day on Sesame Street and nobody appreciates it more than Oscar the Grouch. He watches as Bob and Linda attempt to sign to each other, but find it difficult to while holding their umbrellas (which they end up dropping). They notice Oscar enjoying their situation, so they toss their umbrellas aside and sing about "Singin' in the Rain."
Animation Three balls compare sizes. An orange ball (voiced by Daws Butler) boasts that he's the smallest, until his little brother comes onto the scene.

Muppets Muppet & Kid MomentBert tells John-John that he's lost his paper clips, and he feels sad. He asks John-John to show how he looks when he feels sad. Then Bert feels angry about losing his paper clips, and John-John acts out that emotion. Bert remembers where he left his collection, and John-John acts happy, too.

SCENE 4 cont'd The scene flashes back to a similar rainy day at the Fix-It Shop, where Maria realizes she's left her sweater out on the stoop. Big Bird offers to get it, but can't figure out the correct way to use the umbrella she's given him. They finally go together and find her sweater completely drenched.
SCENE 4 cont'd Big Bird asks Natasha how she liked the story and she responds by kissing his beak. "She liked it," he notes.
Cartoon The Ringmaster treats us to the balancing feats of ten brown bears.
