	SCENE 1	In the wee hours of the morning Hiroshi greets the viewer, assuming he's the only one up at the moment. He then sees Hoots the Owl having a hard time getting Athena to go to sleep for the day. When a lullaby from Hoots' sax doesn't work, Hiroshi tries with a bedtime story he recalls from childhood: "Peach Boy," a Japanese folk story about a couple who adopts a baby found within a magical peach. Athena finds the story exciting and remains awake, while Hoots is fast asleep.

Snuffy notices Athena has finally fallen asleep and declines Maria's offer to join herself, Alice, and Gabi at the park, not wanting to wake up Athena. He imagines he's at the park instead, gently playing on the seesaw.
