When he's given the receiver, he's only able to say "hola," having forgotten the rest. Maria points out he can say it again to the viewer, welcoming them to Sesame Street.

Oscar again refuses to say "hola" back to Telly, who thinks he knows of a way to make it happen.

She instead encourages him to try some reverse psychology.
