Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Gina welcomes the viewer on a nice, warm day, perfect for reading outside. Elmo approaches her, warning her about the incoming snow storm. Gina tries to tell Elmo there's no snow on the way, but he leaves.

SCENE 1 cont'd Elmo returns with Telly, both dressed as snowflakes and yelling, "Whoosh! Woosh!" Gina laughs, understanding now what Elmo meant, but reminds them two snowflakes doesn't make a storm. Elmo calls for more snow - the kids also dressed as snowflakes. Gina still tells them it takes more snow to make a snowstorm. All the snowflakes split as a bunch of snow is dumped on Gina.

SCENE 3 Oscar gives Alex an inflatable gift, though Alex thinks it'll be some type of trick. He blows it up and discovers it's an ordinary horse floatie. Oscar tells him that's actually his present, it's inside the floatie. Alex is skeptical, but deflates the tube into Oscar's hand. Oscar gives Alex the handful of air, claiming it's his gift. Alex doesn't seem to enjoy the trick, until Telly comes by, having fallen for the same gag. Telly, however, loves his gift of air and has come back to give Oscar a hug. Alex gives him a hug too, making him angry.
