SCENE 1 Telly invites Oscar to partake in a game and snack with him and the kids, but Oscar naturally declines. Telly says he can watch instead and initiates a game of "Telly Says" (his version of "Simon Says"). Oscar can't stand how happy the game is and takes over, making it "Oscar Says." He commands everyone to go to Hooper's Store and stay there. He enjoys his peace, then comes up with a way to improve the game...

SCENE 3 Telly recounts what a happy day it's been and claims he'd be happier if Oscar had a snack with them as well. They show Oscar the snacks they have - a slice of pizza, ice cream and a banana. Oscar thinks of a way he can share their snack by combining them all into one treat. Telly declares this the happiest day of his life, which makes Oscar lose his appetite. Telly then announces the sponsors.
