SCENE 1 Gina discovers Oscar's discarded "NO" sign left in Hooper's Store from this morning and asks Elmo to bring it to his trash can. Elmo is eager to take on the task.

SCENE 1 cont'd Elmo climbs up the can and hangs on, then gives a few knocks. He falls off when Oscar opens the lid. Oscar doesn't see anyone, so he goes back inside. Elmo climbs up again and calls for Oscar instead. Though he hangs onto the can, he's still not visible by Oscar, who closes the lid and causes Elmo to fall down again.

SCENE 1 cont'd Gina wonders what all the noise is about. Meanwhile, Elmo is seen gripping the lid of Oscar's can and goes flying backwards when Oscar opens up, still not seeing who's talking. The lid closes and Elmo is flung back to the sidewalk. He makes his way to the back, thinking he'll be much safer. Instead, he is smashed into Big Bird's nest doors when Oscar opens his lid.

SCENE 1 cont'd Elmo trudges back into Hooper's, him and the sign both battered by the experience. Gina, not noticing his condition, says he can try bringing it over to Oscar tomorrow (to Elmo's dismay).

SCENE 2 cont'd Finally, Uncle Wally pours a pitcher of milk into his hat, which goes onto his head without any spillage. Elmo wonders how he did that, while Gina feigns ignorance. Uncle Wally is seen doing it again, now getting covered in milk when he puts on his hat. Elmo laughs so much, he and his chair fall over.
