Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Gina discovers Oscar's discarded "NO" sign left in Hooper's Store and asks Elmo to bring it to his trash can. He climbs up the can, hanging onto the ledge, and knocks. He falls off when Oscar opens the lid and doesn't see anyone, so he goes back inside. Elmo climbs up again and calls for Oscar instead. Though he hangs onto the can, he's still not visible by Oscar, who closes the lid and causes Elmo to fall down again. He climbs it once more and Gina yells from the store to check his progress. Oscar comes up again to see what's going on, as Elmo is flung backwards over the can by hanging onto the lid. He tries getting Oscar's attention once more by staying safely behind the can, only he is slammed into the construction doors by his lid. Elmo, carrying the battered sign, returns to Hooper's, where Gina tells him that he can bring it over tomorrow instead.
