He apologizes to Gina for the attitude and explains how his typical encounters with Grover at Charlie's Restaurant always go wrong and make him feel angry. While Gina prepares him a burger, Bob answers the ringing pay phone; it's Grover! Grover asks why "the man with the big blue head" isn't at Charlie's for lunch and claims he won't mess up his order because he has a new way of remembering them. He starts to cry over the phone, so Mr. Johnson relents and heads over to Charlie's. Gina still has his cheeseburger, however.
