Oscar says he also has a vast amount of newspapers, but there seems to be no room left in the car. Oscar then begins to explain how important it is to save paper, otherwise trees would deplete and he’d have no air to breathe. They comply and fetch the roof rack, but it’s underneath all the newspapers in the car. After cleaning out the trunk, attaching the roof rack, then putting the newspapers back in the car, Oscar gives them his stacks of newspapers... which are actually Slimey’s worm-sized newspapers. An upset Gordon exclaims, "We could've put these in our pockets!" when Oscar reminds him that they are helping save a tree (or at least, a very small one). | |
