Picture Segment Description

COLD OPEN Elmo scales a snowy mountain top to announce the sponsors. It turns out to be a set, with assistance from Gordon.

SCENE 1 Big Bird rollerskates down the street, when he finds Telly admiring a large triangle. Big Bird doesn't see what's so special about it and is told to really look at it. Soon, some dramatic music plays and a spotlight shines on the triangle. Big Bird likes the music and lighting, but still doesn't see what Telly sees and leaves.
SCENE 1 cont'd Big Bird then runs into Rosita, who asks him if he's ever really looked at a square before.
Song Jerry Nelson sings "Salt, My Salt."

Guy Smiley and his tour guide have difficulty taking pictures of animals in the jungle because of Guy's uncontrollably loud voice. A tiger recognizes him, and offers to take a picture of him and some other animals. "Say TREES!"

King Ernie needs to clean his yucky teeth. The Royal Smart Person brings a big brush (used for sweeping), then a middle-sized brush (used for brushing hair), then a smaller brush (used for painting), and finally a really small brush (a toothbrush). Just as Ernie proclaims that he'll "brush every tooth in the entire kingdom," a saber-toothed tiger comes in, seizes the toothbrush, and begins to use it himself!

Monty signs off while collapsing under the "COLD"'s weight, then introduces something to sink your teeth into...
