COLD OPEN While reading a book, Prairie Dawn notices the viewer, and mentions today's sponsors. Monty then pops into view, announcing a song that has nothing to do with cabbages.
SCENE 1 Monty brings a cabbage over so he can point out the similarities between Prairie Dawn and cabbages. Prairie points out that they have no similarities whatsoever, and storms off, having nothing to say -- which Monty also notices about the cabbage. Monty announces something that has nothing to do with pineapples ...

There it is sorted and separated with a magnet. After its loaded onto trucks, it is taken to a factory to be melted and shaped into new cans like the ones seen in her fridge at home.

SCENE 2 Monty brings a pineapple over to Prairie so he can point out the many things one can do with a pineapple, such as play on a tire swing with it, pretend it's a dog, or teach it to play checkers. He points out some kids doing those things, but Prairie informs him that that's not what you do with a pineapple. "Well, what do you do with a pineapple?" asks Monty. "Eat!" says Prairie. Failing to get the point, Monty invites the pineapple to a restaurant.

SCENE 4 Gina finds Prairie hiding from Monty, who shows up yet again with a cabbage and a pineapple. He almost gives another bothersome silly lecture, when Prairie cuts him off so she can talk about near and far. Right now she is near Monty, but then she walks far away from him. Monty decides to catch up with her again to tell her how much he enjoyed that demonstration.

Monty points to her and says, "Now, that is one angry cabbage."

SCENE 6 Prairie tells Gina how overwhelmed she is that she yelled at Monty just now. Monty comes by and apologizes for bothering her all day ("I know that I'm annoying, but I just can't help it"), and she apologizes for yelling at him. She acknowledges that they're different but can still be friends. Monty agrees that they can be friends -- all four of them, including the cabbage and the pineapple. Monty chases after an annoyed Prairie again, and Gina announces the sponsors.
