SCENE 1 Bob, Elmo and the kids are going to sing "London Bridge." Elmo has invited someone else to join them - Monty, who doesn't quite understand the lyrics despite hailing from London.

SCENE 2 Bob and the kids are about to practice while they wait for Elmo and Monty return to sing "London Bridge," when suddenly a doo-wop tune plays and Elmo arrives with Little Chrissy and Big Jeffie, who are scatting to the music and have come to sing too. They demonstrate the different ways they could sing the song (fast, slow, high, and low), but Bob suggests they sing the middle of them. They go to practice, and Elmo joins them.

She adds that she actually re-wrote it and sings her version, which is about how the bridge collapsing makes her feel.
