	SCENE 1	Bob, Elmo, and the kids are going to sing "London Bridge," with Bob playing his portable keyboard. Elmo has invited someone else to join them - Monty, who doesn't quite understand the lyrics despite hailing from London himself. He thinks the lyrics have the bridge doing different actions ("London Bridge is jumping up, jumping up, jumping up...") until Elmo gives him a hint. He gets the first part right, but now has trouble with the remaining part.

They demonstrate the different ways they could sing the song - fast, slow, high, and low - but Bob suggests they sing it in the middle range. The rockers and Elmo then go off to practice.
