SCENE 2 | Flo begins to read her story, which starts much like the original version. Telly is sad that CinderTelly's father (Jerry Nelson) and stepbrothers (David Rudman and Noel MacNeal) treat him so badly, and Flo has to remind him that it's only a story and that it's not real. Telly changes from sad to angry at Flo for writing such a tragic story and making CinderTelly go through so much hardship, leaving in disgust. |

SCENE 3 | Telly has returned and the story continues: CinderTelly is friends with three mice (Fran Brill, Camille Bonora, and Kathryn Mullen), who help him with his housework. Suddenly, a royal messenger (Jim Martin) arrives to announce that every boy and girl in the kingdom is invited to the palace for a ball in honor of the princess, who is new in town and wants to make friends. CinderTelly thinks he can't go because he doesn't know how to dance, but that doesn't matter - the messenger says it's a bowling ball. |

SCENE 4 | CinderTelly has nothing to wear to the bowling ball, and Telly predicts that CinderTelly's fairy godmother comes to the rescue. Instead, Whamo the Rental Magician appears and provides an old bowling shirt and shoes. He tells CinderTelly to clean them up and put sparkly things on them, maybe some odor eaters on the shoes - simply recycle the outfit, and it will be good as new. The mice even offer to help and CinderTelly is happy, though he asks Whamo if he could recycle his bowl-cut hairdo into a fancy pompadour. |

SCENE 5 | With CinderTelly dressed in his newly-refurbished bowling outfit, Whamo thinks his work is done until CinderTelly says he'll need a bowling ball. Whamo asks for the assistance of one of the mice so he can turn them into a bowling ball. The mice reluctantly agree, and Whamo turns the first mouse into a baseball instead. He turns the second mouse into a football, and the third mouse into a basketball when CinderTelly describes how a bowling ball is supposed to be. With no more mice, Whamo's next trick is to produce a piece of paper, which happens to be a gift certificate for Eddie's Bowl & Stroll Gift Shop. |

Following the credits, Telly cheers at the proper end of the story. |
